Forensic moisture pathology using non-invasive scanning and targeted invasive testing. Especially relevant for monolithic plaster homes built between 1992 and 2004. 

Building Condition Report

Invasive Investigation

Targeted small openings to confirm moisture presence, assess timber decay, and identify failure mechanisms where non-invasive testing is inconclusive.

Healthy Homes Compliance

Assessment against the Healthy Homes Standards under the Residential Tenancies Act 1986. Required for rental properties. Identifies gaps and provides a compliance roadmap.

Subfloor Robot Inspection
